Our team will apply this expertise and experience to proactively identify and mitigate emerging probity risks and issues that can arise in the course of a procurement.

• Probity oversight of procurement and grant processes, including in respect to the Commonwealth
• Procurement Rules (CPRs), Commonwealth Grant Rules and Guidelines, Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB) requirements, Local Government Act (Vic) and other state/local frameworks as applicable;

ProbityPro is a purpose-built application based upon a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) framework, that enables clients to:

• Manage probity and compliance associated with procurements of any size (accommodating centralised, decentralised and outsourced procurement models);
• Monitor the probity compliance of an organisation’s entire procurement portfolio;
• Undertake probity and compliance audits for identified transactions;
• Manage a wide range of other important organisational compliance requirements (corporate governance, enterprise risk management, compliance management); and
• Respond quickly and efficiently to audit events and other types of internal or external investigations.

Landell has a partnership arrangement with CCO Frameworks (ccoframeworks.com) for the delivery of ProbityPro. ProbityPro is a derivative product of CCO’s flagship GRC framework product, Pali. As ProbityPro’s heritage is founded in GRC, ProbityPro has all the built-in records-based features that traditional content management systems do not provide, whilst at the same time providing the flexibility needed to accommodate an organisation’s nomenclature, procurement processes and governance, workflows and much more.

ProbityPro can be delivered either as a SaaS product (fully hosted in Australia in a highly secure environment) or on other infrastructure of a client’s choosing. ProbityPro is subject to rigorous annual penetration testing to ensure the safety of clients’ confidential data.
